Be honest about what’s right, as well as what needs to be changed.
Be honest about what you want to achieve and who you want to become.
Be honest with every aspect of your life, always.
Because you are the one person you can forever count on.
Search your soul, for the truth, so that you truly know who you are.
Once you do, you’ll have a better understanding of where you are now and how you got here,
and you’ll be better equipped to identify where you want to go and how to get there.
It was a year ago when I first started posting these snippets of wisdom.
Time to revisit them again and reaffirm their meaning.
Easter is upon us.
I always remembered the egg dyeing when I was a kid … WOW WHAT A MESS… Bless my mother for putting up with us creating this ANNUAL TRASHING OF THE KITCHEN.
Now that I am an Adult and really wasn’t blessed with kids of my own, I always borrowed few from my friends to carry on this ANNUAL TRASHING OF THE KITCHEN.
Then I discovered eggs that already come out colored from chickens… BRILLIANCE…
So this year I am going to dye a few eggs using natural dyes……
Here is the preferred method for using natural dyes:
Place the eggs in a single layer in a pan. Add water until the eggs are covered.
Add approximately one teaspoon of vinegar.
Add the natural dye. Use more dye material for more eggs or for a more intense color.
Bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
If you are pleased with the color, remove the eggs from the liquid.
If you want more intensely colored eggs, temporarily remove the eggs from the liquid. Strain the dye through a coffee filter (unless you want speckled eggs). Cover the eggs with the filtered dye and let them remain in the refrigerator overnight.
Naturally-colored eggs will not be glossy, but if you want a shiny appearance you can rub a bit of cooking oil onto the eggs once they are dry.
You can use fresh and frozen berries as ‘paints’, too. Simply crush the berries against dry boiled eggs. Try coloring on the eggs with crayons or wax pencils before boiling and dyeing them. Happy Easter!

Just sounds like the stance to take for this week.
Have a great start of your week!
I have been out of my mind busy lately. But grateful that I have been busy… Just a quick visit today.
Enter new relationships with dependable, honest people who reflect the person you are and the person you want to be.
Choose friends you are proud to know, people you admire, who show you love and respect – people who reciprocate your kindness and commitment.
And pay attention to what people do, because a person’s actions are much more important than their words or how others represent them.
Trying to be anyone else is a waste of the person you are.
Embrace that individual inside you that has ideas, strengths and beauty like no one else. Be the person you know yourself to be – the best version of you – on your terms.
Above all, be true to YOU, and if you cannot put your heart in it, take yourself out of it.
If you had a friend who spoke to you in the same way that you sometimes speak to yourself, how long would you allow that person to be your friend? The way you treat yourself sets the standard for others.
You must love who you are or no one else will.
ENJOY THE DAY !
